How do I remove an eSIM?

To remove an eSIM from your device, follow these steps depending on whether you’re using an iPhone or Android phone:

On iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.
  3. Under Cellular Plans, find the eSIM you want to remove.
  4. Tap the eSIM plan, then select Remove Cellular Plan.
  5. Confirm by tapping Remove.
After this, the eSIM will be permanently removed, but you can re-add it by scanning a new QR code or reactivating it with your provider, if needed.

On Android (may vary slightly by manufacturer):

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Network & internet or Connections.
  3. Select SIM cards or Mobile network.
  4. Find your eSIM under the SIM settings and select it.
  5. Tap Remove or Delete SIM (this might also be under a “Manage eSIM” section).
Once removed, the eSIM profile will no longer be available on your device, and you would need to go through the reactivation process if you want to add it back.

If you’re using a carrier like JetSIM, you may also be able to manage and remove the eSIM via their app or customer support.
